 did it! Today is the anniversary of me submitting the original Shinkovee [link] , and I decided it was time for her to evolve! Now she is Shinkoceon! Isn't she cute? All thanks for this design go to who is actually doing a series of comics on how Shinkoceon evolved! Keep an eye out for it! When its done, I'll link it here!And don't ask how Shinkovee became a shiny... XD. Its best not to think about it! And she has an "ice mane" as a since of irony since she lacked a mane as Shinkovee... XD But yeah! Now shes a Glaceon and a lot cuter, woo hoo! Shinkoceon Evolution comic is done!
