What's that? An Eevee? Well, you're partly right! This is Shinko's Pokemon form, an Eevee! But in this form, her name changes to Shinkovee! XD Shinkovee is special as an Eevee, she lacks the mane of most Eevee, and her eyes look more human as well! You can't forget those tufts of fur on her head that resemble her hair, too! =3 Once more, not done by me, done by  , if you wanna draw Shinkovee, just ask!  Oh, and the collar is optional, whether or not you draw it is up to you~ This is actually an updated design, the first was done by  , right here [link] changes here are the hair, the collar, and the eyes are new too!Oh! I also forgot to mention, Shinkovee is a little smaller than other Eevees, as she is younger than most as well! Once more, if you wanna draw her, just ask~ ^_^ The collar is optional, whether or not you draw it on Shinkovee is up to you, you can also draw a red bow on her right ear if you want! And if you are so inclined, you can also make up new accessories for her to wear! Oh! And her size is also up to you, she's ALWAYS at least smaller than a regular Eevee, so keep that in mind!
